In Between Worlds: 5th Annual Wetlands Park Juried Show

Ends on

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Tuesday, July 14, 2026, by 11:59 PM PST

Clark County Wetlands Park invites submissions for its 5th Annual Juried Exhibition, In Between Worlds. This is a call for artwork exploring the natural world, with a suggested emphasis on wetlands and the liminal spaces within them.

lim·i·nal  |  ˈli-mə-nəl  |  adjective

1.  of or relating to a transitional or initial stage of a process

2.  occupying a position at, or on both sides of, a boundary or threshold

Wetlands are transitional by nature: neither fully land nor water, and never quite the same place twice. The ecology shifts with the hour, the season, the year, and is extremely sensitive to human impact. We are looking for work that finds meaning in these transitions.

Consider the nocturnal and crepuscular - creatures that roam at night, dawn, and dusk. Overlooked plants, hidden animals, and secret places don't fit neatly into any category. Transitions between nature and civilization. A moment in time that captures a part of a larger story. Scenes from any season.

All traditional media are acceptable: drawing, painting, printmaking, fabric, photography, ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, etc. Framed digital work will also qualify for this exhibition, but AI-assisted images are not allowed.

This opportunity is open to all Clark County residents aged 8 years or older. Artists may submit up to three works of art and will be notified via email regarding the status of their submission by Thursday, July 24. Accepted artwork must be hand-delivered to Clark County Wetlands Park, 7050 Wetlands Park Lane, Las Vegas, NV, 89122, on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, August 4 - 6, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Juror: TBA
